当前,我国社会主义现代化事业正在飞速发展,时代呼唤各类领导人才脱颖而出,但在实际工作中,我们对干部的开发和使用还存在着不尽合理与科学的地方,影响着干部潜能的发挥,有些甚至被闲置造成浪费。因此,必须尽快提高使用干部的效率。 一、掌握“火候”及时用。每个干部的成长,都有其最佳时期,使用干部也有一个掌握“火候”的问题。在使用干部中,如果能及时把握每个干部的最佳使用期,成熟一个,使用一个,用在其时,不仅会对干部产生强烈的激励作用,而且会对事业产生有力的促进作用。“用人之道,当自其壮年心力精强时用之”。
