在少数民族地区,除了一般的现代学校教育外,当地还存在其他各类传统教育形态,这些传统教育都通过各自不同的形式承载着传承民族文化、促进民族发展的功能。从少数民族的健康发展来看,这些不同的教育形态应保持共同促进的关系,但在目前的实践中,不同的教育形态间却存在很多问题。要想解决这些问题必须坚持共生理论,即在互相尊重、适应、补充与促进的原则下解决问题,这样才能起到教育促进人与社会发展的作用。
In ethnic minority areas, in addition to the general education of modern schools, there are various other types of traditional forms of education in the area. These traditional forms of education carry the functions of inheriting national cultures and promoting ethnic development through their respective forms. Judging from the healthy development of the ethnic minorities, these different forms of education should maintain a mutually reinforcing relationship. However, in current practice, there are many problems between different forms of education. To solve these problems, we must adhere to the theory of symbiosis, that is, to solve the problem under the principle of mutual respect, adaptation, supplement and promotion so as to play the role of education in promoting human and social development.
