小学生的上肢力量发育较慢,手指力量较弱,因此应把排球垫球教学放在传球学习之前进行。一、动作要领 1.准备姿势:正面对来球,稍蹲或半蹲(见图1)。击球前应降低身体重心,两脚分开,一脚在前,保持稳定(见图2)。 2.垫球手型:两手掌根靠紧,两手手指重叠合掌互握,两拇指平行向前,手腕下压,两臂靠拢并外翻形成一个平面,直臂不屈肘(见图3)。 3.击球部位:两臂夹紧前伸插到球下,用前臂腕关节以上平面击球的后下部(见图4)。 4.击球点:看准来球,在腹前约一臂距离处将球垫起(见图5)。
