目的评价Fibroscan检测肝脏受控衰减参数(CAP值)在不同操作者间的可重复性,以及诊断脂肪肝的一致性。方法 5位不同经验的操作者,分别测量7例受检者(健康志愿者、脂肪肝或其他疾病患者),比较不同操作者检测CAP值的差异,运用组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficient,ICC)和肯德尔和谐系数分析来评价重复性和一致性。结果 5位操作者检测CAP值的ICC为0.959(95%CI:0.880~0.992),经验丰富的操作者重复性(ICC=0.913)与经验较少者(ICC=0.876,P=0.36)均具有良好的重复性;依据CAP值评估脂肪肝等级的肯德尔和谐系数为0.715,具有较好的一致性(P=0.002)。结论运用Fibroscan技术检测肝脏CAP值在不同操作者间总体重复性和一致性较好。
Objective To evaluate the repeatability of Fibroscan in determining the controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) of liver between different operators and to diagnose the consistency of fatty liver. Methods Five operators with different experiences measured 7 subjects (healthy volunteers, patients with fatty liver or other diseases) and compared the difference in CAP values among different operators. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) ) And Kendall’s coefficient of harmony to evaluate repeatability and consistency. Results The ICC values of CAP were 0.959 (95% CI: 0.880-0.992) for 5 operators, and those of experienced operator (ICC = 0.913) and those with less experience (ICC = 0.876, P = 0.36) Good repeatability; Kendall’s coefficient of concordance for fatty liver grade based on the CAP value was 0.715, with good agreement (P = 0.002). Conclusion The Fibroscan technique for detecting liver CAP values has better overall repeatability and consistency among different operators.
