民航企业工资是在1985年全国企业工资改革,简化统一企业工资标准后,实行的职务、技术等级工资制度。这种工资制度,在适当提高工资标准水平的基础上,把原来繁杂的多种工资标准,简化统一为《民航企业职工工资标准》(之一)和(之二)。(之一)为空勤人员工资标准;(之二)为地面人员工资标准从而解决了多年来工资改革和工资调整所没有解决的问题,起到了一定的积极作用。改革企业工资标准,提高了工资水平,改善了人民生活,调动了广大职工劳动生产积极性,
