报道薄层—紫外分光光度法测定克泻灵胶囊中槐果碱的含量。用苯—丙酮—醋酸乙酯—甲醇（7∶3∶3∶0．5）为展开剂，在硅胶GF254薄层板上分离槐果碱，然后定位、刮下、洗脱，采用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。
TLC-UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of sophocarpine in KeXiaLing capsule. Selagin was separated on a silica gel GF254 thin-layer plate using benzene-acetone-ethyl acetate-methanol (7:3:3:0.5) as a developing agent, and then positioned, scraped, and eluted using ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
