小脑的机能主要是使身体的运动协调和准确。在教科书上用狗作实验证明这点。显然,一般条件下是不可能进行这个实验的。因此以往的課堂教学中,教师一般是采用讲述法,结合使用一些掛图进行教学。由于缺乏实验观察,学生很难相信,直接影响了知识的掌握和学习兴趣。我接受了以往的教训,在学生課外兴趣小组活动中,用金鱼作毁坏小脑的实验让学生观察,效果显著,学生们亲眼看到了毁坏了小脑的鱼在玻璃缸里活动的情况,大大地提高丁学生们学习生物的兴趣。听以我想有必要把这个实验方法介绍一下。
