本文提出还原焙烧磁选分离的方法原理和试验结果。分离后的磁性矿石含Fe≥68%,收得率99%;非磁性矿石中的Co、Cu、Zn、Pb的收得率均在98%以上。并对非磁性粉矿进行了湿法冶炼试验,均获成功。本方法对硫铁矿烧渣、多金属低品位赤铁矿的处理,亦完全适用。
This paper presents the reduction roasting magnetic separation principle and experimental results. The separated magnetic ores contain Fe ≧ 68% with a yield of 99%. The recoveries of Co, Cu, Zn and Pb in non-magnetic ores are above 98%. And the non-magnetic powder ore smelting test, have been successful. The method is also applicable to the treatment of pyrite cinder and multi-metal low-grade hematite.
