我单位最近完成超千米长、带剪口的混凝土排水沟(见图1)工程。由于摒弃传统的横木方硬顶式支模方法,采用栓销连接工艺,不仅模板装拆便利、牢固,周转次数多,而损耗小,还能节省大量木材和工时。现将支模方法介绍如下。一、准备1-作1.排水沟有1‰坡度,在沟基回填时即按设计坡度整平、碾压。2.浇筑CIO混凝土垫层时,适当加1:4水泥干砂浆,用2m尺杠和木抹子找坡刮平。每隔1.5m沿排水沟外边缘插一对间距15cm、外露10cm的(?)8钢筋头。垫层终凝后洒水养护3d。(?)
Our unit has recently completed an ultra-kilometer long concrete cut-off drainage ditch (see Figure 1). Due to the elimination of the traditional cross-branch hard-top formwork method, the use of the pin connection process not only facilitates the installation and disassembly of the formwork, but also facilitates the use of a large number of turnovers, which results in low losses and significant wood and man hours.
