目的对沈阳市某汽车有限公司涂装车间建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法。结果共设粉尘检测点2个,结果为粉尘3.0~7.6 mg/m3;有毒化学物质定点检测点10个,个体检测点2个,结果为乙酸乙酯<0.27~14.1 mg/m3,乙酸丁酯<0.27~22.5 mg/m3,甲苯0.9~65.5 mg/m3,二甲苯3.0~24.2mg/m3,甲醇4.5~47.2 mg/m3,丁醇<0.3~4.9 mg/m3,异丙醇0.6~9.7 mg/m3;噪声检测点3个,8 h等效声级为73.8~80.9 d B(A)。除修补岗位接触的甲苯和甲醇超标,其余职业病危害因素浓度或强度均符合国家相关要求。结论该项目在总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、个人使用的职业病防护用品、建筑卫生学、卫生辅助用室、职业卫生管理等方面基本符合相关国家法律及职业卫生标准规定的要求。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on the construction project of a painting workshop in Shenyang Automobile Co., Ltd. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational health testing, occupational health examination and other methods. Results A total of 2 dust detection spots were found, with the result of 3.0-7.6 mg / m3 dust. Ten spots were detected at fixed spots and two at individual test spots. The results were ethyl acetate <0.27-14.1 mg / m3, butyl acetate <0.27 to 22.5 mg / m3, toluene 0.9 to 65.5 mg / m3, xylene 3.0 to 24.2 mg / m3, methanol 4.5 to 47.2 mg / m3, butanol <0.3 to 4.9 mg / m3, isopropyl alcohol 0.6 to 9.7 mg / m3; noise detection point 3, 8 h equivalent sound level 73.8 ~ 80.9 d B (A). Except for toluene and methanol contacted by the repair post, the concentration or intensity of other occupational hazards are in line with the relevant national requirements. Conclusion The project basically meets the requirements of relevant national laws and occupational health standards in terms of overall layout, production technology and equipment layout, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases, building hygiene, health aids rooms and occupational health management.
