研究了Si、Ca合金化对AM60合金时效析出过程的影响。结果表明:经固溶时效处理后,AM60合金以晶界非连续脱溶方式为主析出β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相;加入硅钙合金后,形成Mg_2Si相。部分在晶界处形成的Mg_2Si相减少了β相在晶界形核的位置;晶内形成的Mg_2Si相对Al原子向晶界上β相扩散也起到一定阻碍作用,从而减缓了晶界的非连续脱溶析出,使析出相β变得细小。
The effect of Si and Ca alloying on the aging precipitation of AM60 alloy was studied. The results show that the β-Mg_ (17) Al_ (12) phase mainly precipitated in the discontinuous grain boundary after AM-60 solution treatment and the Mg_2Si phase is formed after the addition of Si-Ca alloy. Part of the Mg_2Si phase formed at the grain boundaries reduces the nucleation sites of the β phase in the grain boundaries. The Mg_2Si formed in the grains also hinders the β phase diffusion from the Al atoms to the grain boundaries, thereby slowing down the grain boundaries The precipitate is continuously eluted and precipitated, and the precipitated phase β becomes finer.
