目的:为了解+ GZ 重复暴露后大鼠脑组织cfos、cjun 和神经生长因子(NGF) 基因表达的变化,探讨它们在+ GZ 所致脑损伤中的作用和意义。方法:用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RTPCR) 检测方法检测+ GZ 重复暴露后大鼠脑组织cfos、cjun 和NGF m RNA 表达水平。结果:cfos 和cjun 在+ GZ 重复暴露后30 min m RNA 表达明显升高,6h 和24h 降至正常;NGF 在30 min 和6 h 表达均明显升高,24 h 恢复正常。结论:表明+ GZ 重复暴露可诱导大鼠脑组织cfos、cjun 和NGF m RNA 的表达,提示它们的表达增加可能在+ GZ 所致脑损伤中起病理或保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of gene expression of cfos, cjun and nerve growth factor (NGF) in rat brain after + GZ repeated exposure, and to explore their roles and significance in + GZ induced brain injury. Methods: The expression of c-fos, c-jun and NGF m RNA in rat brain after repeated G + exposure was detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). Results: The mRNA expression of cfos and cjun at 30 min after + GZ repeated exposure was significantly higher than that at 6 h and 24 h, while the expression of NGF at 30 min and 6 h was significantly increased and returned to normal at 24 h. CONCLUSION: Repeated exposure of + GZ can induce the expression of c-fos, c-jun and NGF m RNA in rat brain, indicating that their increased expression may play a pathological or protective role in + GZ-induced brain injury.
