调查93 例胸部肿瘤患者, 弓形虫总感染率344 % , 其中以肺癌患者感染率最高, 达3846 % (2052) ; 性别分布无显著性差异 ( P> 005) ; 低年龄组感染率显著低于高龄组感染率 ( P< 005) ; 职业分布以干部 (5306 % ) 、工人(3673 % ) , 显著高于农民 (1020 % ) ( P< 001)) ; 肿瘤病人养猫户弓形虫感染率 (4578 % ) 高于未养猫户 (2631 % ) ( P< 001) ; 说明养猫是肿瘤病人感染弓形虫的机会条件。本文建议对早期肿瘤病人弓形虫感染者应进行抗弓形虫特异治疗,手术时应避开虫血症期, 防止术中播散和交叉感染。
The total infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii was 344% in 93 cases of thoracic tumors. The highest infection rate was 3846% (2052) in lung cancer patients. There was no significant difference in sex distribution between the two groups (P> 005). The infection rate in the lower age group was significantly lower than that in the advanced age group (P <005). The occupational distribution was significantly higher in the cadres (5306%), workers (3673%), higher than the peasants (1020%) P <001). The infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii in cancer patients was 4578% higher than that of untrained cats (2631%) (P00101) Toxoplasma gondii opportunity conditions. This article suggests that Toxoplasma gondii should be treated with Toxoplasma gondii in patients with early-stage tumors. During the operation, it should avoid the period of parasitemia and prevent the dissemination and cross-infection during operation.
