公路作为交通运输的主要组成部分,从设计施工到投入运营,全程均会产生大量的能源消耗和碳排放。随着全球气候问题、环境问题和能源问题日益突出,如何使公路走可持续的、低碳化的发展道路,越来越受到关注。着眼于公路从规划、设计、施工、运营管理到养护的全部过程,提出了基于生命周期评价LCA(Life Cycle Assessment)的低碳公路的实现途径,在保证质量和效率的前提下,对各个环节进行考量,以求能够使得公路从设计施工到运营管理的整个生命周期的能源消耗和碳排放降至最低。
As a major part of transportation, highways have a lot of energy consumption and carbon emissions from design to construction and operation. With the global climate issue, environmental issues and energy issues become increasingly prominent, how to make the road to sustainable, low-carbon development path, more and more attention. Focusing on the whole process of highway planning, design, construction, operation management and maintenance, a way to realize low-carbon highway based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is put forward. Under the precondition of ensuring quality and efficiency, Consideration should be given to minimize energy consumption and carbon emissions throughout the life cycle of a highway from design and construction to operations and management.
