超前注浆钢花管技术是最近几年才发展起来的一门土体加固新技术。本文结合基坑支护工程实例,研究设计出一种改进的超前注浆钢花管施工工艺——分段挤入式注浆钢花管施工工艺。该方法设置一个可拆卸的传力装置,气锤作用在传力装置的传力杆上,传力装置可在钢花管上移动,分段将钢花管挤入土层中。工程实践表明,和传统的搭设平台一次挤入注浆钢花管工艺相比,采用分段挤入式超前注浆钢花管工艺进行施工,操作简单、安全,节约施工成本和施工时间,值得推广应用。
Advance grouting steel pipe technology is developed in recent years, a new soil reinforcement technology. Combined with the example of foundation pit support engineering, this paper studies and designs an improved advance grouting steel pipe construction technology - sub-step grouting steel pipe construction technology. The method is provided with a detachable force transmission device, the air hammer acts on the force transmission rod of the force transmission device, the force transmission device can move on the steel flower tube and the steel flower tube is subdivided into the soil layer in sections. Engineering practice shows that, compared with the traditional erection of grouting steel pipe pouring process, the use of sub-advance grouting steel pipe pouring process for construction, simple operation, safety, saving construction costs and construction time, it is worth to promote the application .
