本文分析了目前企业在员工职业发展管理中存在的问题,主要包括晋升渠道单一且不畅通、人才使用策略不当以及缺少内部岗位流动机会等,并在此基础上提出了应对策略,即:开辟多元职业发展通道、对人力资源进行分层使用、建立企业内部人才流动机制以及推行工作轮换制等。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in the staff career development management, including the promotion of a single channel and not smooth, inappropriate use of personnel strategy and the lack of opportunities for internal job mobility, etc., and on the basis of the proposed countermeasures, namely: to open up multiple Career development channels, the use of human resources stratified use, the establishment of internal mobility mechanism of personnel and the implementation of job rotation system.
