肖康伯(1926——),男,汉族,天津市人,内蒙古医院中医主任医师.15岁入天津私立国医学社从师古今人先生,侍诊6年,古许为人门弟子.1945年即悬壶天津,1948年被选为天津市中医公会理事.1949年参加革命后被分配到绥远省投入开辟新解放区工作,1950～1960年主要从事中医培训工作,曾先后主办内蒙古中医进修班、内蒙古中医师资培训班、内蒙古中医研究班,任班主任兼教员.1961年后一直从事临床工作.曾任内蒙古卫生厅中医处副处长、内蒙古中蒙医研究所副所长、内蒙古自治区
Xiao Kangbo (1926 -), male, Han nationality, Tianjin city, chief physician of Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine .15 years old into Tianjin Private State Medical Society from ancient and modern man, serving 6 years, Xu Xu as a disciple .1945 that is hanging pot Tianjin, He was elected as the director of Tianjin Association of Chinese Medicine in 1948. After his participation in the revolution in 1949, he was assigned to work in Suiyuan to invest in opening up a new liberated area. From 1950 to 1960, he was mainly engaged in training of Chinese medicine practitioners. He had successively sponsored training courses for Chinese medicine in Inner Mongolia and training for Chinese medicine teachers in Inner Mongolia. Class, Inner Mongolia TCM research class, teacher and teacher of any class .He has been engaged in clinical work after 1961.
