患者,男,45岁。于1977年9月25日在田间检查工作时,突被一物碰及右眼,当即本眼流泪,异物感,便急来诊。视力:右0.7,左1.0;右眼结膜充血,翻开眼睑见睑结膜及穹窿部有数条1mm×0.4mm大的蠕幼虫体,其头部呈棕黑色,体、尾部均为白色。双眼余部无异常。诊断:右眼结膜囊羊狂蝇蝇蛆病。随即用1％丁卡因三次点右眼,10分钟后用眼科湿棉签将已麻醉不动的虫体醮出,共取出虫体12条,而后用生理盐水冲洗结膜囊,见无虫体,便让患者点消炎眼药水及眼膏。三日后复查右眼症状体征全消而愈。其余四例为男3例,女1例,
