“以德治国”是以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体在我国社会主义经济步入21世纪的新的发展时期所制定的重要治国方略。它是在深刻总结国内外治国经验基础上做出的科学论断,是对马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的重大发展。“以德治国”有着丰富的内涵,笔者认为深刻领会这一治国方略的内涵,必须对以下几个方面的关系有科学的认识。 “Running the Country by Virtue” is an important strategy for running the country set by the third-generation leading collective of the Party with Comrade Jiang Zemin as the core in the new development of our socialist economy in the 21st century. It is a scientific conclusion made on the basis of profoundly summarizing the experience of running the country both at home and abroad and is a major development of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory. “Ruling the country by virtue ” has rich connotations.
