本文介绍我们在研制高增益小功率行波管过程中所遇到的振荡,分析了产生振荡的机理,并由此找到了抑制振荡的方法,管子最终所达到的增益在 70dB以上,最大的输出功率可达到3W。
In this paper, we introduce the oscillations encountered in the development of high-gain and low-power TWTs, analyze the mechanism of oscillation and find the way to suppress the oscillations. The ultimate gain of the tube is above 70dB. The maximum output Power up to 3W.
