传统的刑事诉讼法课程教学模式采取填鸭式,老师讲,学生被动听,教学方法落后,且侧重于考核法条知识的记忆,学生的动手实践能力和独立思考能力没有得到很好的培养,直接影响了我校创新型应用型法律人才的培养。本文认为针对刑事诉讼法课程的特点,应该采取学生为主、老师变教为导,参与式的课堂教学模式,激发学生的学习热情,发挥学生的主观能动性,培养他们的专业核心能力,即专业素养,思辨技能,实务操作和创新思维,使其更适应现代法治社会对法律人才的需求。
