由于海底数据获取的困难性及数据的多源性,导致其共享与管理存在诸多问题,Web GIS可以将这些海底数据以矢量化的方式展现在网络上,实现大范围的数据共享。文章在分析海底数据特征基础上,将海底数据进行专题分类入库,并采用开源地图服务器Geo Server及开源GIS框架Open Scales技术,提出海底数据的RIA(Rich Internet Application,富互联网应用程序)Web GIS数据管理系统的设计与实现,介绍了系统开发的关键技术和流程,并以莱州湾为例实现系统的应用,最终实现了莱州湾海底数据的显示、管理及常规GIS功能。
Due to the difficulty of acquiring seabed data and the multi-source of data, there are many problems in sharing and managing these seabed data. Web GIS can display these seabed data on the network in a vectorized way and achieve a wide range of data sharing. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the seabed data, the article classifies the seabed data into categories and uses the open source map server Geo Server and the open source GIS framework Open Scales technology to propose the RIA (Rich Internet Application) Web GIS The design and implementation of data management system are introduced. The key technologies and processes of system development are introduced. The application of the system in the case of Laizhou Bay is realized. Finally, the display, management and general GIS functions of the seabed data in Laizhou Bay are realized.
