采用饮用醋酸铅和腹腔注射氯化汞法分别给雄性大鼠染毒14周后,称取睾丸绝对重量,凝胶电泳法测定大鼠睾丸 LDHx 活性,并用组化法观察附睾尾精子 LDH 活性.结果显示:铅染毒各剂量组大鼠睾丸重量均低于对照组,P<0.05,汞染毒各剂量组间未见明显差异。铅、汞染毒各剂量组 LDHx 活性均显著低于对照组,P<0.01;且 LDHx 活性与铅染毒剂量呈负相关,r=-0.919,P<0.05,与睾丸重量呈正相关,r=0.962,P<0.05。铅染毒组精子颈体部 LDH颗粒着色变浅、变粗大、数目减少,且随染毒剂量增高而加重,汞染毒组未见明显异常。
Male rats exposed to drinking lead acetate and intraperitoneal injection of mercuric chloride for 14 weeks, then weighed the absolute weight of testis, determined the LDHx activity of rat testis by gel electrophoresis, and observed LDH activity of cauda spermatozoa by histochemical method .Results The results showed that the testicular weight of rats in each dose group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between each dose of mercury exposure group. The activities of LDHx in lead and mercury exposure groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01), and LDHx activity was negatively correlated with lead exposure dose (r = -0.919, P <0.05) 0.962, P <0.05. Lead poisoning group sperm LDH particles lighter lighter, thicker, the number decreased, and with the dose increased and aggravated, mercury-exposed group showed no significant abnormalities.
