本文总结了硬质树脂烤塑冠桥修复体１５６件，复查１１６件。经过对临床修复效果的３年观察进行讨论。对烤塑树脂冠桥修复从美学性、耐磨性，与金属的结合性、操作性及经济性等方面与烤瓷冠桥进行了比较。认为树脂有不耐磨，易变色且美观效果也不如烤瓷修复体。另外当金属与树脂的结合不完全时很易脱落等缺点。但操作简便、价格低廉，仅为烤瓷修复的１／１０以下。对金属的无选择性和可修补性又是其很大优点。文章还从操作环节等方面讨论了提高复合树脂烤塑冠桥修复效果的有关问题。
