江苏省吴江市鲈乡实验小学自承担江苏省“十一五”教育科学规划课题暨苏州市“十一五”教育科学重点规划课题“教育博客:促进教师专业发展的实践研究”以来,积极实践,大胆探索。该校通过课题专业技术系列培训、专题研究、主题沙龙、课题整合课、课堂观察、教师博客评比等活动,促使教育博客切实成为教师反思教育教学现象,密切家校联系,进行研究性学习交流,深入探究有效教学方式的重要平台。同时,该校利用教育博客最大程度地为学生服务,开展在线学习、专题探究、主题拓展、深度对话等方面的实践探索。学校的课题研究对于学校教师的专业发展起到了良好的助推作用。课题实施两年多来,学校教师先后有18人次获得各级教育博客评比奖项,在省级以上刊物发表论文100余篇,市级以上骨干教师的比例达34%。本期特选发学校教科中心组成员关于该课题研究的6篇文章,旨在引起读者对于教育博客和教师专业发展这两个教育热点话题的关注。
Perch Township Experimental Primary School, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province, undertakes the subject of “Eleventh Five-year” educational science planning of Jiangsu Province and key project of “11th Five-Year Plan” of Education Science in Suzhou City. Education Blog: Practical Research to Promote Teacher Professional Development Since the ", active practice, bold exploration. The school encourages educational blogs to become teachers’ reflection on education and teaching phenomenon, close family-home contact, research-based learning exchange through the project professional and technical series training, special studies, theme salon, subject integration lesson, classroom observation and teacher blog evaluation. Explore important platforms for effective teaching. At the same time, the school uses education blogs to serve students to the maximum extent, and carries out practical exploration in online learning, special topics exploration, theme development and deep dialogue. The research of the school has played a good role in boosting the professional development of school teachers. Over the past two years since the implementation of the project, school teachers have successively won 18 awards and awards in education blogs at all levels, published more than 100 papers in journals above the provincial level, and 34% of backbone teachers at or above the municipal level. In this issue, six articles on the topic of this topic are invited by members of the Discipline Research Center of the Selected Schools to arouse readers’ attention on the two educational hot topics of education blogs and professional development of teachers.
