对购物工序的资源配置问题 ,是零售企业面临的技术难题 ,由于对其研究较少 ,企业在配置其资源时一般都表现为盲目性与经验性 ,硬件上配置的不合理致使购物时的拥挤排队或资源的闲置 ,影响资源的配置效率 ,影响企业经营成本与服务质量。通过对顾客满意度的量化及影响顾客满意度因素的分析 ,研究讨论资源配置效率及顾客满意。目标是顾客满意度最大 ,企业长期利润最大 ,分析实现目标的约束条件 ,对超级自选商场进行建设投资、环境设计与资源配置提出一个决策模型。
The allocation of resources to the shopping process is a technical challenge faced by retailers. Due to its lack of research, enterprises are generally characterized by blindness and empiricism when allocating their resources. The hardware configuration is irrational, causing congestion in shopping Queuing or idle resources, affecting the efficiency of the allocation of resources, affecting business costs and service quality. Through the analysis of the factors of customer satisfaction and the quantification of customer satisfaction, this paper discusses the efficiency of resource allocation and customer satisfaction. The goal is the customer satisfaction, the long-term corporate profits, the analysis of the constraints to achieve the goal of super-optional shopping malls to build investment, environmental design and resource allocation to make a decision model.
