1964年,我国云南锡业公司研制成功离心选矿机,并用于锡钨矿泥的选别,其结构简单,工作可靠、指标良好。经过多年的试验,应用离心选矿机选别铁矿泥也获得了成功。1975年我国在鞍山矿山公司弓长岭铁矿建立了年处理量300万吨选矿厂,采用磁选一重选(螺旋溜槽和离心选矿机)联合流程处理磁铁矿和假象赤铁矿混合矿石。当给矿含铁13.9%时,离心选矿机可获得精矿品位63.2%,回收率43%的作业指标。离心选矿机也可用于其他类型铁矿石的选别。其有效回收粒级下限为10微米。
In 1964, China’s Yunnan Tin Company successfully developed centrifugal concentrator, and for the tin-tungsten mud sorting, its simple structure, reliable, indicators are good.
