目的 :探讨膀胱肿瘤患者外周血中CK 2 0mRNA表达的临床意义。方法 :采用RT PCR技术检测 32例膀胱癌患者手术前、10例手术后及 10例健康者外周血标本中CK 2 0mRNA的表达。结果 :在手术前外周血中CK 2 0mRNA表达阳性率为 15 .6 % (5 / 32 ) ;在手术后外周血中CK 2 0mRNA表达阳性率为 2 0 .0 % (2 / 10 ) ,其中 1例术前外周血CK 2 0mRNA表达阴性 ,手术后变为阳性 ;健康者外周血均无CK 2 0mRNA表达。膀胱癌患者外周血中CK 2 0mRNA表达阳性率与肿瘤大小、数目无显著关系 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但随着肿瘤分级、分期的增加 ,CK 2 0的检出率似有增加的趋势。结论 :以RT PCR技术检测膀胱癌患者外周血中CK 2 0mRNA的表达 ,可早期诊断和监测膀胱肿瘤细胞血行微转移。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of CK 20 mRNA expression in peripheral blood of patients with bladder cancer. Methods: The expression of CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood of 32 patients with bladder cancer before surgery, 10 patients and 10 healthy controls were detected by RT-PCR. Results: The positive rate of CK 2 0 mRNA in peripheral blood was 15.6% (5/32) before surgery. The positive rate of CK 2 0 mRNA in peripheral blood was 20.0% (2/10) One case of preoperative peripheral blood CK 2 0 mRNA expression was negative, positive after surgery; no healthy peripheral blood CK 2 0 mRNA expression. The positive rate of CK20 mRNA in the peripheral blood of patients with bladder cancer was not significantly correlated with tumor size and number (P> 0.05). However, with the increase of tumor grade and stage, the detection rate of CK20 increased trend. Conclusion: The detection of CK 2 0 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with bladder cancer by RT-PCR can be used to diagnose and monitor the blood micrometastasis of bladder tumor cells early.
