为了揭示强力旋压关键因素间交互作用对成形件质量的影响,基于完全析因试验,获得了试验因素(减薄率、进给比、热处理温度)下的强力旋压成形件的强度和塑性评价指标(屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率、伸长率)。结果表明:对强力旋压成形件某些评价指标影响程度的因素间二阶交互效应和三阶交互效应超过了某些单个因素的主效应。这证明强力旋压因素间交互作用是不可忽视的。
In order to reveal the influence of the interaction between the key factors of strong spinning on the quality of formed parts, the strength and plasticity of the strong spinning parts under the experimental factors (thinning rate, feed ratio and heat treatment temperature) were obtained based on complete factorial experiments Evaluation index (yield strength, tensile strength, reduction of area, elongation). The results show that the second-order interaction and the third-order interaction between the factors affecting the degree of influence on some evaluation indexes of the powerful spinning forming parts exceed the main effect of some single factors.
