在国内高等教育迅猛发展的形势下,近期以来,各大高职院校的青年辅导员团队在不断发展,并逐步成为院校辅导员的中流砥柱。在辅导员团队中,青年辅导员是年龄较小、富有活力、有想法、富有创新思维的一群人,他们精力饱满,往往能积极看待新生事物,毫无障碍地与学生交流,并掌握其思想动态。但值得一提的是,在以新入职的辅导员为首的青年辅导员初入工作岗位之时,难免存在工作经验匮乏,工作方法有待改善等问题。有鉴于此,在新形势下,新入职的青年辅导员怎样结合自身特点、扬长避短,并将学生思政工作落实到位,是值得我们探讨的问题。
Under the situation of the rapid development of domestic higher education, the team of young counselors in major vocational colleges has been continuously developing since the recent days and has gradually become the mainstay of college counselors. In the team of counselors, young counselors are a group of young, energetic, thinking and innovative thinking people who are energetic and tend to be positive about new things, communicate with students without any problems, and master their ideas dynamic. However, it is worth mentioning that when young counselors headed by newly recruited counselors start their jobs, there will inevitably be problems such as lack of work experience and improvement in working methods. In view of this, under the new situation, it is worth discussing how to integrate newly recruited young counselors into their own characteristics, to avoid weaknesses, and to put students’ ideological and political work in place.
