通过三种体心立方(bcc)多晶试样的低周疲劳试验,研究了循环初始阶段所出现的循环软化,硬化和饱和现象,和裂纹萌生以前各阶段的位错组态的变化进行了对照。结果表明,循环软化(硬化)现象是微观损伤累积在宏观力学性能上的反映,它和材料中位错亚结构的组成及稳定性有关。本文还对影响位错组态诸因素进行了探讨。
The cyclic softening, hardening and saturation phenomena occurred in the initial stage of the cycle were studied by the low cycle fatigue test of three kinds of bcc polycrystalline samples, and the changes of the dislocation configurations at various stages before the crack initiation were studied Control. The results show that the phenomenon of cyclic softening (hardening) is a reflection of the microscopic damage accumulation in macroscopic mechanical properties, which is related to the composition and stability of the dislocation sub-structure in the material. This article also discusses the factors that affect the dislocation configuration.
