以果汁可溶性固形物(SS)含量为采收熟度指标,对当地几个猕猴桃品种的的果实成熟特征进行了比较,确定早熟品种的SS为5.5%,中晚熟品种SS为6.5%。采摘方法对果实商品质量有显著影响。用果剪行二剪法采摘,用小果篮盛装,果园分选,浅层包装存放,可以大大技少损伤率,有效地延长果实软化时间。
Taking the content of soluble solids (SS) as the index of harvest ripeness, the fruit ripening characteristics of several kiwifruit cultivars in the local area were compared to determine that the SS of early-maturing cultivars was 5.5%, the SS of middle-late maturing cultivars was 6.5 %.
