马卡连柯,这位著名的教育家曾语重心长地告诉广大的教育工作者:合理而恰当的挫折教育不仅是合理的,而且还是非常必要的。挫折教育是指让受教育者在受教育的过程中遭受挫折,从而反向激发受教育者的潜能,以达到使受教育者切实掌握知识的目的。事实证明经历一定的挫折,对形成幼儿的坚强意志是大有益处的。孩子在成长过程中,既会有愉快的创造,又会遇到各种挫折,笔者认与挫折教育比成功后的表扬相比要显得更为重要:一、应当正确认识到挫折也很重要。孩子对挫折正确的认识和理解是挫折教育得以实施的关键。幼儿年龄小,对万物的认识是具体形象的。此时,可以为他们提供一些典型的经历挫折后成功的影视作品,或者是历史人物的亲身经历,幼儿通过这些真实的事实真实感知挫折,认识到
