某大型医院新建病房楼主楼采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,裙房采用框架结构,二者之间不设防震缝。由于新建病房楼结构存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、主楼偏心布置及立面收进等超限情况,与老病房楼之间还设置了高位架空连廊,新建病房楼属于超限复杂高层结构。首先介绍新建病房楼的工程特点、结构布置及超限情况,然后对整体结构进行了弹性分析、时程分析和Pushover分析,最后有针对性地提出了抗震措施。结果表明,新建病房楼结构达到了预期的抗震性能目标,结构设计满足规范要求。
A large hospital ward building with new frame - shear wall structure system, podium frame structure, there is no earthquake between the two. Due to irregularities in the newly constructed hospital ward structure, irregularities in the main building, eccentric arrangement of the main building, and overrun of the entrance to the façade, a high overhead corridor is also set up between the old ward and the new ward building which belongs to the overrun complex high-rise structure . First of all, introduce the engineering features, structure layout and overrun situation of the new ward building, and then carry on the elasticity analysis, time history analysis and pushover analysis to the whole structure, finally put forward the seismic measures in a targeted way. The results show that the new ward building has achieved the expected seismic performance and the structural design meets the requirements of the code.
