企业全面健康发展的持续动力是什么?包括技术、营销、资本、管理、观念、战略和文化等方面,企业文化是其最核心的动力。作为企业的高级生存状态,企业文化把企业价值泛化为群体中任何一分子的行为,价值体系越完善、境界越高,团队表现出来的力量越强大、越持久。正如可口可乐公司总裁所说的那样:我们生产的不是糖水而是文化。要形成良好的企业文化,必须通过不断深化的企业文化建设来实现,以共同的价值标准、道德标准来营造一种企业氛围;以共同的指导思想、经营哲学构筑良好的工作环境;将企业发展中的优秀积淀结合文化传统与变化的社会进行梳理、提升,内聚为企业的精神力量,外化为企业的产品与服务。下面,笔者就如何进行企业文化建设,实现企业可持续发展,作一个肤浅的剖析。
