目的 :总结评价输尿管镜检、汽压弹道碎石及双J管内引流等腔内技术在处理输尿管梗阻所致的肾周炎中的作用。方法 :2 4例输尿管梗阻所致的肾周炎 ,急诊行输尿管镜检、汽压弹道碎石及双J管引流 ,随诊 3～ 7个月。结果 :2 4例手术成功 ,经术后引流及抗感染治疗 ,肾周炎的症状体征消失 ,血常规正常 ,尿检正常 ,无输尿管狭窄及返流。结论 :腔内技术创伤小、安全、可靠 ,患者恢复快 ,是治疗由输尿管梗阻所致的肾周炎的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and evaluate the role of ureteroscopy, vapor-pressure ballistic lithotripsy and double J-tube drainage in the treatment of renal peritonitis caused by ureteral obstruction. Methods: Twenty-four cases of perineuritis caused by ureteral obstruction, emergency ureteroscopy, pneumatic lithotripsy and double J-tube drainage were followed up for 3 to 7 months. Results: Twenty - four cases were successful in operation. After drainage and anti - infective therapy, symptoms and signs of perinephritis disappeared, blood routine was normal, urine test was normal, and ureteral stricture and regurgitation were not found. Conclusion: The technique of intraluminal trauma is small, safe and reliable, and patients recover quickly. It is an effective method to treat perinephritis caused by ureteral obstruction.
