用颗粒失重法测定自制微生物发酵液降解马尾松树脂颗粒的效价,探讨了微生物发酵液控制马尾松树脂障碍的可行性。结果表明,树脂颗粒失重量与NaOH滴定量成线性关系,相关系数为0.9300试验优化了失重法的降解条件:颗粒大小0.2 g,发酵液量20 mL,温度60℃、pH8下处理12 h。通过5L发酵罐发酵,效价从摇瓶的38.0%提高到50.6%。通过傅里叶红外光谱测定反应前后树脂成分的变化,有羧酸的产生,并且发酵液对树脂类物质中的酯键具有裂解作用,因此该发酵液对树脂障碍有明显控制效果。
The particle weight loss method was used to determine the degradation potency of Masson pine resin particles by the microbial fermentation broth. The feasibility of microbial fermentation broth to control Masson pine resin barrier was also discussed. The results showed that the weight loss of resin was linear with the titration of NaOH, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9300. The degradation conditions of weight loss method were optimized: particle size 0.2 g, fermentation volume 20 mL, temperature 60 ℃, pH 8 for 12 h. Fermented in a 5 L fermenter, the titer increased from 38.0% in shake flasks to 50.6%. The changes of the resin components before and after the reaction were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, with the production of carboxylic acids, and the fermentation broth cleaves the ester bonds in the resinous substance. Therefore, the fermentation broth has obvious control effect on the resin disorder.
