连铸弯月面区域的凝固传热对初生坯壳的均匀形成、铸坯的表面质量以及连铸生产的顺利进行有重要影响。建立了该区域凝固传热的有限元模型,并应用研制的程序对实际连铸过程进行了研究,结果与生产实际相吻合,表明本模型及所研制的程序是正确、可行的,其可广泛应用于连铸工艺参数的优化研究。
Solidification and heat transfer in the continuous casting meniscus area have an important influence on the uniform formation of the primary shell, the surface quality of the slab and the smooth progress of the continuous casting. The finite element model of solidification and heat transfer in this area is established and the actual continuous casting process is studied with the developed program. The results are consistent with the actual production, indicating that this model and the developed program are correct and feasible. Optimization of Continuous Casting Process Parameters.
