Objective To investigate the compliance of TB patients with antiplatelet therapy and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 707 pulmonary tuberculosis patients treated with anti-TB combination therapy and willing to cooperate with them were surveyed, and their compliance and influencing factors were statistically analyzed. The results of poor compliance can not rule the medication accounted for 13.3%. Univariate analysis showed that there was significant difference (P <0.5) in compliance between the patients with different ages, educational levels, awareness of TB knowledge, severity of illness and whether there was any adverse reaction (P <0.5). The multivariate non-conditional logistic regression showed that there was significant difference The older, the lower awareness of TB knowledge, the more adverse reactions in patients taking anti-TB plate combination therapy the worse compliance. Conclusions Awareness of old age and low TB knowledge and adverse drug reactions are risk factors of compliance. It is suggested that individualized chemotherapy should be adopted in the course of treatment to improve compliance of patients.
