以往认为,外源性抗原由抗原提呈细胞(APC)处理后通过MHCⅡ类分子介导提呈,内源性抗原则通过MHCⅠ类分子提呈,这两条抗原提呈途径是彼此独立的,而本文作者观察到一种可溶性的外源性抗原(OVA)可被特定的APC 处理并通过与Ⅰ类分子相关的途径提呈给T 细胞。
