《全日制义务教育语文课程标准(实验稿)》自2001年7月颁布以来,争鸣日久的语文课程总算有了一个阶段性的历史定位,圈内圈外对语文教育教学的批评也开始聚焦《课程标准》的解读、建议与展望。这种充满理想色彩的前瞻性行为的确代表了语文教育教学的美好未来,是新课程走向全面实践的舆论准备,但新课程的实施需要一个渐进的过程,除了广大语文教师实现理念的更新和角色行为的定位外,更需要课程实施内外条件系统的重新构建,这将是语文教育的一场痛苦的革命。我们更多关注的是:现实的语文教学离新课程究竟有多远?
Since the Chinese Language Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education (Experiment) was promulgated in July 2001, the Chinese language course that has been contending for a long period of time has had a phased historical position. Criticism of Chinese education and teaching within the circle has also begun to focus. Interpretation, Suggestions and Prospects of “Course Standards”. This kind of forward-looking behavior full of ideal colors does represent a bright future for Chinese education and teaching. It is a public opinion preparation for the new curriculum to be fully practiced. However, the implementation of the new curriculum needs a gradual process, in addition to the updating and role of the implementation concept of the majority of Chinese teachers. Beyond the positioning of behavior, it is more necessary to reconstruct the inner and outer conditions of curriculum implementation. This will be a painful revolution in language education. What we are more concerned with is: How far is the actual language teaching from the new curriculum?
