目的分析丹皮酚脂质体的制备方式及有效的质量控制措施。方法试验中应用正交试验优选处方进行,丹皮酚脂质体采用薄膜-超声法制备,注意观察脂质体的粒径和形态,并经高效液相色谱法进行丹皮酚含量的测定。结果优选最佳处方大豆处方/胆固醇=4/1,大豆卵磷脂/丹皮酚=10/1,维生素E的使用量为0.1%,制备得来的丹皮酚质体平均粒径为359.2 nm,粒径均一,呈圆球形,包封率和渗漏率分别为71.5%、1.6%。结论丹皮酚脂质体的制备具有较高的包封率,且渗漏率低,值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the preparation of paeonol liposomes and the effective quality control measures. Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize prescription. Paeonol liposomes were prepared by membrane-ultrasonic method. The particle size and morphology of the liposomes were observed. The content of paeonol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the optimum prescription was soybean prescription / cholesterol = 4/1, soybean lecithin / paeonol = 10/1, the dosage of vitamin E was 0.1%, the average particle size of paeoniflorin prepared was 359.2 nm , Uniform particle size, spherical, entrapment efficiency and leakage rate were 71.5%, 1.6%. Conclusion The preparation of paeonol liposomes has high entrapment efficiency and low leakage rate, which deserves wide promotion.
