由于山区(包括丘陵地带)工程地质和水文地质条件的复杂性,给工程建设中地基及基础的设计与施工带来许多急待研究解决的新课题。多年来建设经验证明,有的工程因地基或基础处理不当,造成一些工程事故。为了提高建筑工程的设计施工水平,针对山区地基的特殊问题开展试验研究是非常必要的。为此,国家建委已将本课题列入1979～1985年全国建筑科学技术发展规划第63项中心课题,并指定由我所负责。
Due to the complexity of engineering geology and hydrogeological conditions in mountainous areas (including hilly areas), many new topics are urgently needed to be solved for the design and construction of foundations and foundations in engineering construction. The construction experience over the years has proved that some projects are improperly handled due to foundations or foundations, causing some engineering accidents. In order to improve the design and construction level of the construction project, it is necessary to carry out experimental research on the special problems of the mountainous area foundation. To this end, the State Construction Commission has included this topic in the 63rd central project of the National Construction Science and Technology Development Plan from 1979 to 1985, and appointed by my responsibility.
