目的探究体育锻炼与心理干预在妇女更年期保健中的实际应用。方法选取我单位2016年2月—2017年2月期间接受的更年期妇女68例作为该次研究对象,根据不同的医疗方法随机分为两组,对照组采用常规医疗,而研究组则采用体育锻炼与心理干预,对比两组医疗效果。结果研究组医疗后,患者的更年期症状缓解程度明显优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇女更年期保健中运用体育锻炼与心理干预,能够有效缓解其更年期症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广与应用。
Objective To explore the practical application of physical exercise and psychological intervention in women’s menopause. Methods 68 cases of menopausal women accepted by our unit from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to different medical methods. The control group received routine medical treatment while the study group used physical exercise And psychological intervention, the two groups compared the medical effect. Results After the study group was treated, the degree of remission of menopausal symptoms was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of physical exercise and psychological intervention in the menopausal health care of women can effectively alleviate the symptoms of menopause and improve the quality of life of the patients, which is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
