老年人听力改变情况,以往报道不多。1982年底～1983年初,本院对一部分处级以上的老干部进行了一次体格检查,我科测听室对上述老人进行了无选择性的听力测试,共测试793人。这次测试听力是在隔音室内进行的,隔音室内噪声小于30db,测试是使用丹麦AS 72型听力计,听力计各频率零级标准按国际标准化组织(ISOR389 1 1970)均已校正。测试者按年龄分四组:50～59岁为519人(65.5%),60～69岁为217人(27.4%),70～79岁为54人(6.8%),80岁以上为3人(0.37%)。男性为724人,女性为69人。
Elderly hearing changes, few reports in the past. From the end of 1982 to the beginning of 1983, the hospital conducted a physical examination on a part of the veteran cadres at the departmental level or above. We conducted a non-selective hearing test on the above-mentioned elderly people in our listening room and a total of 793 people were tested. The test hearing was performed in soundproofed rooms. The noise in the noise-proof room was less than 30db. The test was performed using the Danish AS72 audiometer. The audiometer zero-frequency standard was calibrated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISOR389 1 1970). Subjects were divided into four groups by age: 519 (65.5%) at age 50-59, 217 (27.4%) at 60-69, 54 (70%) at age 70-79 and 3 (0.37%). 724 males and 69 females.
