去年从高师数学系毕业,分配我到北京市新建半工半读第二机械制造学校教数学课。在工作的开始就出现了难题:教材内容多,教学时间少;教给学生的基础要厚一些,但学生的“底子”太薄;要求教学联系生产实际,但我对于工厂数学却是一窍不通,面对这一系列的矛盾,将如何解决呢? (一) 在主席著作中,找解决矛盾的办法毛主席教导我们:在工作中要学会抓主要矛盾,摆在我面前的主要矛盾是什么呢?经过分析研究,在于不懂生产,所教的知识与生产实际联系不上。因此学校领导在组织学习党的教育方针和有关半工半读教育制度的文件的同时,安排我们到车间参加劳动,这样才开始接触了工厂的生产实际。
I graduated from the mathematics department of the Normal University last year and assigned me to teach mathematics classes at the new semi-reading secondary machinery manufacturing school in Beijing. At the beginning of the work, there were problems: the teaching materials had many contents and the teaching time was less; the foundation for teaching students was thicker, but the students’ “base” was too thin; the teaching was required to be in contact with the actual production, but I knew nothing about factory mathematics. In the face of this series of contradictions, how will it be resolved? (1) In the chairman’s writings, ways to find a solution to the contradictions Chairman Mao teaches us: In the work, we must learn to grasp the main contradictions. What are the main contradictions that lie before me? After analyzing and researching, it means that people do not understand production, and the knowledge they teach is not actually related to production. Therefore, school leaders are organizing the study of the Party’s education policy and the documents concerning the part-time and part-time education system. At the same time, we have arranged for us to go to the workshop to participate in labor so that we can begin to touch the actual production of the factory.
