为贯彻落实《食品卫生法》,进一步做好食品卫生工作,提高食品卫生质量,我们于1991年9月,对学院14个伙房冰柜进行了微生物污染状况调查,现将结果报告如下。方法 1.食品类采样:采用灭菌剪刀剪取生肉类食品10g,用灭菌镊子夹取到无菌采样瓶内,待检。 2.冰柜表面采样:手持灭菌规格板(5cm×4cm)和浸有灭菌生理盐水的棉棒,采用五点法在冰柜内,四壁表面上采取100cm~2面积,将采好样的棉棒用无菌剪刀剪入10ml灭菌生理盐水采样管内,待检。 3.检验方法:食品类样品和冻柜表面样品的微生物学检验,均按照中华人民共和国国家标准
In order to implement the “Food Hygiene Law”, to further improve food hygiene and improve the quality of food hygiene, we conducted a survey on the status of microbial contamination in 14 kitchens of the College in September 1991. The results are reported as follows. Method 1.
