国内过去对电梯曳引机研究不多,制造厂大多是沿用传统的老图纸、老工艺进行生产。我们应当对比国内外资料,取长补短,更新换代。双包络是我国首先搞成功的,优点很多,如节电、节铜、性能好,应当推广。双包络与阿基米德轴向直廓性能对比见表1,系交流双速曳引机,1m/s、1000kg、i=2:63。 1.圆弧面蜗杆 (1)轴向直廓弧面蜗杆,在轴向Ⅰ-Ⅰ处为直廓,也不适合用于曳引机。 (2)平面包络弧面蜗杆:这种齿面是以平面A作为母面包络而成。它的包络关系及加工方法如图1。磨削则以砂轮代替车
In the past, there was little research on elevator traction machines in the country, and most of the manufacturers used traditional old drawings and old techniques to produce. We should compare domestic and foreign data, learn from each other, update and replace. Double enveloping is our country’s first success, with many advantages, such as energy saving, copper saving, and good performance, which should be promoted.
