目的了解济南市保健食品消费现状及影响因素,为保健食品的开发提供参考。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,在济南市抽取138名消费者进行保健食品消费状况调查。结果消费者购买保健食品的主要途径是专卖店;最看重保健食品的功能;主要用途为孝敬长辈和馈赠;倾向购买的功能为增强免疫力、缓解身体疲劳、改善睡眠;倾向购买的剂型为袋泡茶、口服液、咀嚼片。结论随着经济发展和人们生活水平提高,保健食品已在单一保健功能基础上衍生出文化传递和感情交流的功能。保健食品生产企业只有把握住市场需求,才能更好的实现保健食品产业的经济和社会效益。
Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of health food consumption in Jinan and provide a reference for the development of health food. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to survey 138 consumers in Jinan City for health food consumption. Results The main way for consumers to buy health food is to store; the most important function of health food; the main purpose is to respect the elders and gifts; the tendency to buy features to enhance immunity, relieve physical fatigue and improve sleep; tended to buy the dosage form for the bag Tea, oral liquid, chewable tablets. Conclusion With the economic development and the improvement of people’s living standards, health food has derived the function of cultural transmission and exchange of feelings on the basis of a single health care function. Only by grasping the market demand can the health food production enterprises better realize the economic and social benefits of the health food industry.
