肉毒中毒是一罕见疾病,但在暴发性病例中常可导致死亡。本文对34例暴发性A型肉毒中毒患者的肺部并发症进行了研究,其中男性22例、女性12例,平均年龄48岁(11~70岁)。另3例患者因无明显的呼吸系受累且住院治疗期短未列入统计。全部患者均无慢性呼吸系疾病史。72%患者及全部患者分别在食肉后的1.5天和2.5天出现症状。1/3的患者首先出现肺部异常的临床体征(见附表)。根据资料证明肺受累者占病人总数的
Botulism is a rare disease, but it can often lead to death in fulminant cases. Thirty-four patients with fulminant botulism botulism were studied for pulmonary complications, including 22 males and 12 females, with an average age of 48 years (range 1 to 70 years).
